In just a few short months, the tenth (!!!) year of our SHINE Mentorship program kicks off, and we’d love for you to be a part of it! 

SHINE is a four-month program that matches mentors and mentees around the DMV design community to connect, challenge each other, and collaborate on a project of their choosing.

Kicking off in February, mentors and mentees meet up (virtually) and work hand-in-hand (from six feet apart) to identify the mentee’s career goals and aspirations. 

Leaving the kickoff, each pair will have brainstormed ideas for their project and scheduled their future check-ins. Over the next four months, mentors and mentees work together and learn from each other!
