Cancellation / Refund Policy

As a nonprofit, every ticket purchase directly supports our mission and makes these events possible. Due to this, all tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are no longer able to attend an event, you are more than welcome to transfer your ticket to another individual.

To transfer your ticket, email the event coordinator with your name and the updated name of the ticket holder so we can update our records.

In the event that an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund. If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
