Yemi is a product designer and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of design, technology, strategic operations, and public policy. A former public policy analyst, Yemi cofounded Plural Policy, a legislative intelligence software company, which was acquired by SAI360 in 2025. Yemi is also the founder of Vantwerp Design & Innovation, providing advisory services in marketing, branding, and art curation. She’s worked with startups, nonprofits, government agencies, universities, small businesses, and corporations to develop strong operational systems, brand identities, and user-focused product strategies. She believes design is the mechanism by which complex problems become effective solutions.
