Tim Hoagland has served for a decade at the Center for Democracy & Technology (CDT), most recently as the tech policy nonprofit’s Deputy Director of Communications. Tim has long helped to oversee the organization’s messaging and strategy, while continuing to develop its award-winning visual voice as an art director and designer. He directs the strategy & implementation of all of CDT’s publicly-facing platforms, with a hand in everything from social media marketing to web development, illustration and graphic design, photography, and videography.
