Salon: Content Design in the Federal Government

Content design covers a wide range of design disciplines - writing, editing, planning and governance, information architecture, and user research - all the things you need to make sure your audience understands what you're trying to convey.

For this Salon, we'll meet with Ryan Sibley and Jeannine Hunter. They are members of the Content Design team at 18F, an office within the General Services Administration that collaborates with other agencies to fix technical problems, build products, and improve how government serves the public through technology.

They'll talk about their role as content designers and how they work on teams with other design disciplines, and showcase some of their recent work, including login.gov, a single-sign-on platform for access to government services.
