The AIGA DC Fellow Award is given once every few years to someone who represents the best of what the DC design community has to offer. Their contributions to our community go beyond what’s required, such as extensive involvement in AIGA DC, mentorship, and leadership in their field. We are excited to present the 2021 AIGA DC Fellow Award to Reece Quiñones. Reece is a positive force in the community, from mentoring young designers to serving as a founding AIGA DC Design Continuum Fund committee member. 100% of the proceeds, minus any event costs, will go to the AIGA DC Design Continuum Fund (DCF) scholarship, fostering the next generation of designers through helping local design-minded and underrepresented students as they pursue their education.
