Marc Choi
Marc Choi is a graphic designer, artist, and educator whose work examines the role of visual design and communication in the production of personal and collective identities and the identities of shared environments. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design at The George Washington University. His multidisciplinary practice encompasses analog and digital methods, limited-run prints and publications, and client-based projects. In addition to his independent creative practice, Marc previously served as a senior designer on the Experience Design team at the Art Institute of Chicago and as a consulting designer and art director for The New York Times. He holds an MFA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design and a BFA in Graphic Design from James Madison University.
Design Contiuum Fund
AIGA DC runs the Design Continuum Fund Scholarship, which provides scholarships for underrepresented and economically disadvantaged students who are studying art and design disciplines in colleges and universities in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area.
