About the Speakers

Jazmine JohnsonJazmine Johnson
Graphic Designer and Interdisciplinary Artist
Jazmine Johnson is a freelance graphic designer and interdisciplinary artist from Washington, DC. Jazmine specializes in branding, art direction, and illustration with a mission to elevate unique voices. As an artist, her work centers on identity, social justice, and collective healing. Previously, Jazmine worked with the Democratic National Committee and Biden for President during the 2020 presidential cycle. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Fine Arts at the University of Baltimore.

Owner of Stewart Design Agency
Wayne Stewart is the owner and founder of Stewart Design Agency, a full service digital agency based out of Baltimore, Maryland. Working at several IT organizations over the past thirteen years, Wayne’s wealth of experience and knowledge has shaped him into an up and coming business owner. When not on social media talking about tech you can find Wayne playing basketball trying to relive his college basketball days, playing with his 6 year old son and challenging his wife to a game of UNO.


Zoë SorianoZoë Soriano
Mixed-Media Motion Designer and Animator  
Zoë is a MICA Animation alumna with a love for creating mixed-media animations. Much of her work integrates illustration, collage, and 2d cel techniques. She's best known for her work with The Wall Street Journal and her short thesis film, "Would You Still Love Me?". | Instagram: @zoetrope.gif 


Robert PetrieRobert Petrie
Architectural designer, Sketch artist and Home Barista
Studying architecture at Va. Tech and Cornell, Rob has worked in DC and Syracuse, NY for 10 years teaching design, drawing and architecture. He has worked at several architecture firms and universities with his career highlights being the renovation of the National Archives in DC and being on the winning team of the international DC METRO competition. Presently he is the Architecture Design Director at Chase Design in Skaneateles, NY. He also runs his own architectural design and art studio.
