In Summer 2018, Bright Side launched a campaign called “From Immigrants” where we aim to spread awareness of the struggles immigrants face at the grassroots level. There are so many unseen battles that immigrants fight every day, and we wanted to share this with people in an eye-catching way. Because Bright Side is all about positivity, we chose to express these stories through vividly illustrated cards that we plan to leave in mailboxes, coffee shops, and other public spaces where we can reach everyday people and raise an awareness.
Creative lunches are intimate gatherings that provide guests the opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at some of the most exciting studios and spaces across the DMV. Expect to leave feeling inspired and full (lunch will be provided)!

The address is 530 Penn St NE Washington, DC 20002. Nearest Metro stop is NOMA. From the Metro, it is a 10-15 minute walk. They are behind Union Market, next to Angelika Pop Up. Building access is ground level, look for the building a “Hello” decal on the windows. If driving, there is street parking.
