AIGA DC and WPOW (Women Photojournalists of Washington) are partnering up to bring you the last AIGA DC Schmoozeday (happy hour) of the 2013 programming year. Connect and learn from some of the most talented professionals in the graphic design and photojournalism fields over cocktail specials and spirituous conversations. Brixton is creating a signature cocktail for us to celebrate our joint efforts in elevating the DC creative community. Look for us on the second floor and bring your friends and/or be ready to make new ones.

About WPOW
The mission of Women Photojournalists of Washington (WPOW) is to educate the public about the work and accomplishments of women in the field of photojournalism and to instruct and train women within the Washington D.C. metropolitan area with the purpose of improving and developing their capabilities as photojournalists, photo editors and multimedia producers. WPOW strives to meet this goal with its educational and instructional activities, and by providing opportunities for women in the field to discuss the unique challenges they face.
