Ask Me Anything w/ Anna E Cook

One thing we learned as the Covid-19 pandemic pushed our world more online is that we can’t assume offline experiences can translate neatly or directly into accessible digital formats. Ensuring new digital products are scalable and accessible requires intentionality and commitment across the design professions. In an hour long Ask Me Anything Chat on the AIGA DC Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Slack Channel, Anna E. Cook — a senior product designer at Recurly who specializes in building inclusive experiences — will share her experiences, offer tips and guidance for designers, and challenge our community to be more inclusive and accessible.

This is a timely conversation for product and UI/UX designers — as well as anyone interested in how design practices can lead to outcomes that reach more people. Join us on January 29th from 12:00 – 1:00 PM!
