If you’ve been feeling burnt out or stuck, or you’re just trying to figure out how to keep creating without running yourself into the ground, this is for you.
As part of the SHINE mentorship program, we’re partnering with Thriving Creatively to host a virtual workshop centered on what it actually looks like to build a creative practice that supports you in real life, not just on paper.
Led by co-founders Barney Abramson and Alisha Abramson, this session will get into burnout, sustainable habits, and how to keep growing without losing yourself in the process.
This is not about doing more. It’s about doing what’s right for you and making that sustainable.
What to Expect
This workshop is a practical and honest conversation for creatives navigating burnout, career growth, and the constant pressure to keep producing.
You’ll walk away with:
- Tools to protect your energy and avoid burnout cycles
- Reflection prompts to help you reconnect with your creative direction
- Mindset shifts that support long-term growth, not just short-term output
- Real strategies you can apply immediately to your work and life
As part of SHINE’s Frames of Growth, this session creates space for you to pause, reflect, and realign with how you want to move through your creative career.
