Drink & Draw: Maketto | AIGA Washington, DC

Hey there doodlers! AIGA is mixing it up with an extra awesome Drink & Draw we have planned for you all at possibly one of DC’c coolest places, Maketto. For those that don’t know Maketto is a rad little place on H St NE that’s a combination of a restaurant, bar, coffee shop and purveyor of sweet streetwear with the kind of cool and collected vibe that almost catches you off guard its so cool… It’s basically the ultimate Drink & Draw spot. So grab those sketchbooks, sharpen those pencils, have a cocktail (or two) with us and get inspired.

AIGA DC’s Drink & Draw is series celebrating designers and their sketchbooks, where you can jump-start your creativity for the week by joining people who love drawing just as much as you do. So sharpen those pencils and get ready to draw with us!

This event is open to all skill levels whether you draw regularly, professionally or doodle casually.

This event is free and open to the public but please RSVP.

YOU WILL NEED:
Attendees will need to bring their own sketchbooks and preferred drawing tools.

CLOSEST METRO:
Red Line, Union Station then take the new H Street Streetcar (which is free right now btw so you have no excuse)
