We invite the top design leaders in a particular region to join us, get out of the office for the afternoon, enjoy food and drink, and converse in roundtable discussions. xCHANGE is all about connecting creative leaders to each other and to the best resources in their surrounding area. What is the format? What is the theme?
Peer discussions are at the core of this event. Attendees are broken into groups of 4-6 people to discuss shared challenges, and the topic of “leveraging the power of design” as it pertains to organization growth, brand stretch, and business planning.
Why do people attend xCHANGE?
Creative leaders attend for a variety of reasons. They are interested in peer-to-peer discussions, information regarding industry resources such as Adobe and AIGA, and the opportunity to hear Jeni Herberger offer up her perspectives on the changing landscape of design-business strategy.
