This event is at capacity. However, feel free to show up for any open spots by noon. The ride is limited to 50 cyclists and registrants will have priority.

Park at LeDroit 3rd St NW & Elm St NW
*Ride will depart promptly at Noon

The route is about 8 miles and is perfect for any skill-level: the pace is casual, with mural-viewing stops planned throughout. We encourage anyone to join us who loves public art and exploring the city on two wheels.

All cyclists are expected to respect traffic laws, each other and foster a safe transportation environment. All minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian. The route will be led by a tour guide and volunteer bike sweepers but remember to practice your own cycling safety on the ride. AIGA encourages the use of helmets and does not hold responsibility for your individual safety.

What is DCDW?

From October 14th to 20th, DC Design Week 2013 is a week-long series of events that highlight and celebrate the impact of design and designers in our community and recognize the efforts and contributions of emerging and established local designers, architects, illustrators, photographers and others in the Washington DC area's creative collective.
