DotGovDesign [energy.gov session]

Join AIGA DC and your government design peers to continue the conversation about how we can build community, improve standards across agencies, and help each other be better designers.

GPO, PRA, RFQ, BPA, 508, or GSA. If you know some of these acronyms, you probably speak the language of a government designer. Join us on February 26 to meet your peers around the federal government at the second installment of AIGA DC’s, DotGovDesign. We’ll continue the conversation about how we can build community, improve standards across agencies, and help each other be better designers. At this session, staff from the award-winning Energy.gov will discuss their holistic approach to digital design. Energy.gov represents a new vision for what government websites can be. Relaunched in 2011, the Energy.gov platform consolidated hundreds of disparate websites, saving money and building a strong, unified brand. Federal employees, contractors, and advocates engaged or interested in designing for government are welcome at this event.

This event is free to members and non-members alike.
Registration for the event has closed, but please join us at 6 pm tonight!
